On level 81-95 and 96+ Worlds: Activate the sigil to recoil 4 damage to your attacker for every hit you take. On level 3-60 and 61-80 worlds: Activate the sigil to recoil 2 damage to your attacker for every hit you take. The effect lasts for 25 seconds and has a 1 minute cooldown.
