Daily, weekly and monthly resets: when RuneScape's activities come back

Many of RuneScape's small activities can only be done once in a period, and the periods do not end at the same time. Knowing when each one resets is what lets you fit them around the rest of your play.
The three reset times
The day turns at 00:00 UTC. The week turns at 00:00 UTC on Wednesday. The month turns at 00:00 UTC on the 1st.
The resets tracker counts down to each one. Mark an activity done and the mark stays until its period resets, then clears itself, so the list always shows what is left this day, week or month.
Weekly activities
Penguin Hide and Seek, Tears of Guthix, Herby Werby, Jadinko hunting, Meg, Familiarisation, Rush of Blood, Skeletal Horror, Wisps of the Grove, Memory of Nomad and Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza each come back once a week. Agoroth comes back once a week on a free-to-play account and twice on a members' account.
Monthly activities
The Effigy Incubator, the Giant Oyster, the God Statues and the Troll Invasion come back once a month.
Daily activities
Big Chinchompa and Sinkholes start at half past the hour and can be done twice a day. Goebie supply runs come every 12 hours and count once a day when you reach their limit.
Events on their own clock
Some activities have no daily or weekly limit and instead run on a timer. Shooting Stars land every 2 hours and give stardust; Evil Trees grow every 2 hours and give evil tree kindling; Goblin Raids come every 30 minutes, Demon Flashmobs every hour, and a Runesphere about every two and a half hours, giving rune dust. The tracker lists them with their timing so you can see what is worth waiting for.
Penguin Hide and Seek gives points worth experience at your level; the guide to XP lamps and penguin points works out what they give you.
